Do you ever let out a scream for no apparent reason?

Today I guess it just one of those days. I went up to a co-worker and let out a scream. (All in humor) I think I startled him a bit. Then I did it a few more times. I'm not really sure why. I guess I just want to let it out.
Have you ever felt this way or done this?

Lol, no! People would think that I'm out of mind! As it is, people think that I'm a bit of a geek as I keep really odd hours (I sleep for less than three hours a day) and work all night in the lab sometimes. That is enough to get me a geek title, and if I started screaming around, the people in the white-coats will come to get me!!!! I have screamed on occasions which have merited it, even out of joy. Like the first time I bungee jumped, for instance. It was the most beautiful thing that I had ever experienced, and I was screaming my lungs out, with pure joy!!!

No, never in my life..........i always scream after i get out of the examination hall.....lol......because i never do well in my papers. So i just go on shouting on everyone to just relax myself.

i wish i could do something like that here in the office, but the worse thing i have done so far was just bang my hand so hard at the table ..it was so loud that everyone got scared of me, you see im just a little woman and most of them are guys and they really pissed me off and i just went off like that...i tried screaming when i was at home when i really was so angry with my husband, i screamed really hard that my throat hurt...he got so scared because i have never done that before.
