My ipods freezes

try to reset the ipod... resetting the ipod would delete all the files in it. Just press and hold the select button (the middle botton) and the menu button at the same time for about 10 secs. Make sure its not on hold (check the button at the top) because it won't work. After pressing and holding it would turn off and would load again in about 10 secs. Before resetting make sure you have charged it. If it does not do the trick, just visit the nearest apple store near you.

It is hard to help you with this, since chances are it could be a lot of things. I bet there is some kind of service number you can call and get help with it. I'm sure they could help. Good luck!
