Do butterfly houses really attract butterflies?

I'd like to put one in my garden if they actually attrack butterfles. Has anyone put one in their garden? What results did you get? Thanks.

Hey BonBon!!!! Good to hear from you! I don't know about a butterfly house but I know planting honeysuckle bushes will attract them . I love to watch butterflies and hummingbirds.

No. I don't think butterflies get attracted towards butterfly houses. If I am not wrong then they love to fly and they like to stay in touch with flowers. They can't stay in cage. They are just to fly as their name also suggest it - butter"fly". So don't put any butterfly house in garden or home. Let them fly.

I've never even heard of a "Butterfly House" but I have heard of a Butterfly BUSH and actually would love to have one planted this yr.....
