for girls only: do you get dizzy when you have pms?

when my period is coming, i tend to have lots of headaches and i tend to get dizzy every now and then. i think its because of my hormonal changes due to my incoming period.
im just curious if other girls also feel the same symptoms as i do and if it is normal. :)

I don't get dizzy. Worst case is that I become more irritable when I have pms. No other symptoms other than that though.

well, good for you that you dont get dizzy. well, just like you, i also become irritable. :P dont you get abdominal pains? im just curious...

Nope, I never did get abdominal pains. My only problem with my period is that it can last up to 8 days. The first three days, I have to wear maternity napkins because the blood is too strong for regular napkins. It feels as if I'm wearing a diaper hehe ^_^

whoa, really? well, mine lasts about 8 days too but i just wear ordinary sanitary napkins because the flow of my period isnt really that strong. lolz. :)

well, good for you that you dint get dizzy.. me, i really get dizzy and my headaches become really bad. :P
