What's the worst thing you can ever do when somebody broke your heart or just simply fooled you..
My answer:
WORST: You blame yourself.
EVEN WORSEL You hate yourself even more.
NOT SO BAD & SOMEYIMES A SHORT TERM MUST: You bear hatred/contempt for that guy/gal..something you must get over in time.

I think that the worst thing to do is take it personally and let it tear you up. Or trying to get even. That's a bad one too!!!
