I don't have a set routine. I tend to want to sleep only when I am tired, so it's a nightly thing. I will have dinner early, about 7 or 8, then I will work on things on the computer, such as my professional work or schoolwork, or just relax and watch television. After that, it's all about getting comfortable. I like to watch at least the opening monologue for the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, so that gets me to midnight... if the guests are good, I might get to Conan's monologue, then I'm up until at least 1. It really just depends on the night and how tired I am.

that is so interesting. Do you take help of tv if you are finding it difficult to get asleep.

i always sleep late. it would be because i'm watching tv til half of the cable channels have signed-off. :) or from chatting and surfing the net. 1 in the morning would be my earliest time of reposing.

taking care of the kids the whole day is surely a tiring job.
kids have to be taken care every moment.
you definitely must be tired by the time you go to bed.

Bed? What's that? Hahahahaha!
I sleep at my computer desk too often. As I stay home taking care of my father I'm on the comoputer a lot. I am also a night owl so I don't need but 4 or so hours sleep. Most nights/mornings I get to bed around 4 or 5 a.m. Then I'm usually up around 9 or so. I like to have an english muffin taosted with peanut butter or a bagel or taost with cinnimon and sugar on it as a treat before I try to sleep. I will watch TV laying on the couch. All too often I fall asleep there but most times I crawl into bed kicking the wife off my side and staeling the covers. Haha!!
HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Hi ranjeetkolarkar, I dont have a fix time to sleep. I sleep when I feel sleepy. I have insomnia so sometimes I will be awake for a long hours, other time I will sleep very early. So I can say I have a very bad sleeping habit. I know it is not good for health too.

I often sleep after 12:00, then I feel very tired and I can have a sound sleep. But my friends suggest me that I should go to bed before 10:00. It is better for our health. Recently, I go to bed before 11:00, but I can't sleep at once, I often think about lots of things, so I can't go to sleep after 12:00.
I reached the minimum payout on mylot, but I don't know how to withdraw money from paypal without a credit card. It seems very sad that I can only see the money, but I can't use it. Do you use e-gold or paypal to receive money from mylot/ Do you know more about paypal?

Woww... my days and nights are totally twisted nowadays since its the holidays.. Currently, I sleep in the morning around 9am, and wake up in the afternoon around 2pm. And I'd be awake for the rest of the day.. All Mylot's fault! LOL~!! Right now at this exact time, it's 6.56am here in Kuala Lumpur. So that means my bedtime is in a few more hours~! But at the rate I'm goin, I don't think I'll be off to bed anytime soon.. =P

I'm an insomniac and have been for a very long time. I take medication to relax me (not sleeping pills though) and when they decide to work or not - then I will go to bed. It varies very much. Sometimes I will go to bed at 10pm other times i'm up all night! Totally unpredictable! lol

i know someone with insomnia, too. and i understand your situation. worst about him is that he can't even sleep for days even when taking in pills. but i guess he's doing better now. i hope you, too!

Hi Ranjeet - I never thought of that. Funnily enough I have a yoga DVD that came free with a sunday newspaper. It's still in the car. I must get it out and try it. Thanks for reminding me! lol

Since I get up with daylight pretty much soon after dark I am beginning to settle in. We eat when we are all home and since I work evenings it is about 9 when we eat. Soon after we adults head to bed. The kids tend to be night owls and as long as they don't make enough noise to wake us we are going good. Working like we do our sleep is important and homeschooling the kids gives them the leeway to be up a bit late.
