I thought this was a great season for 24, up until it ended. There are always questions, but it's never been this open ended before.
What happened to Logan? Live/die/recovering? What's the story?! He did get stabbed and all by Martha. After the stabbing, neither of them (or any of their camp) appeared again.
What's up with the President? He goes under, and then no mention of his condition. No clue how he's doing.
Speaking of the president, we still don't know who the hell was behind the attempt on his life. All we know are that two smaller players were captured and tried to talk their way out of it by passing blame. Who's the major player?
Jack's dad wanted Josh really really bad. Why? For a while, I figured Jack may have been the daddy (Josh did look a lot like Kim). Then it hit that Jack's dad may have been Josh's father. Who knows. All I know is that there was a lot of unexplained tension between Josh's mother Marian to Jack and his old man.
Chloe is pregnant. Nuff said.
Then to top it all off, you've got a dead agent's brother, a potential relationship between Nadia and the guy who tortured her (who now also happens to be 'badly hurt'), and a captive Chinese politician.
And of course, if that weren't bad enough, the show ends with Jack looking like he could go suicidal, homicidal, or just simply break down and quit at the end of the show. Not exactly the most concrete finish for the show.

I agree. So much was left unexplained. 24 has jut started to reapeat old things, (president, setups gone bade ect.). Jack being the boy's father wasn't a big suprise at all. im thinking about stopping watching it. What did happen to he president? What aboutt Logan? maybe we will jsut have to wait another yeara

wow, Koop's tack on next season is really inspiring, :P Aurdrey is gonna be the new field agent. uhm... if it really happend, there would be a lot of fun then..
Anyway, 24 is the only show that keeps me coming back for it so badly, ever. I used to be a big fan of "friends", but that's pretty different. Looks like that I've become part of those guys fighting against the terrorists, and a close friend of Jack (coz his destiny is always my most concern).

I don't like the loose ends either. Seems to me a lot of shows of doiing that now. The Lost finale was upsetting too
