her philanthrophy staff because it would be very interesting and rewarding to assist with the distribution of some of her gifts to people in great need.....that would really be making a big difference in people's lives.

I agree with you. Its really a great move for her to give back to the people all the blessings that she had through the years that's why I really like her.
