Old Navy

I've been to the Old Navy here a couple of times since we've lived here (almost 3 months). I've started to notice that they do not seem to ever have pant/capris/bottoms in sizes 18 or 20. They always used to. Has anyone else noticed this in their Old Navy store? Or is it just something about the one here?

I noticed that just the other day..I have to get a 18 due to my booty and whenever I go to the old navy stores that I always go to, they NEVER have the size I need..this is jersey..I don't know where you are, but I had to go to new york to get the size pants I needed...

I live in NY state, central NY area. I thought it was ridiculous that they didn't have any of the 18's and 20s. Our next closest Old Navy is like 45 minutes away. I ain't about to drive that and waste my gas if they don't have the sizes. hehe I even looked online and could not find them there either. So disappointing!

well...here's an idea..If you really want to bring it to their attention, call the corporate office and let them know about stuff like that..it can lead to a discount or maybe even a freebie..I used to work for the Gap company and when people brought stuff like that to their attention, they reacted and did something about it...

I know what you mean. I've been having this problem at the Gap (which is owned by the same company as Old Navy). I was digging through the jeans and they didn't have anything above a size 8. The woman next to me was totally frazzled and annoyed. When we asked the sales person he just said "I dunno, they don't send us many of the bigger sizes anymore." Ugh, it was so annoying. That means that if I want the bigger sizes, I have to get them online...which forces me to pay their high shipping charges. It's horrible because the shipping can really add up and then I don't get a chance to try things on before I buy them.

I totally agree with you. It's really a pain. I'm a big girl and have always gotten my jeans at Old Navy. I love them and they are quite cheap. I don't think it's that they are not being sent the sizes...maybe they aren't ordering them. It irks me.

I don't shop Old Navy, I am just not a huge fan of their clothes. So I haven't personally noticed that, but I do notice that in other stores too sometimes. So it might be a pretty common thing, which is so wrong really.
