you can prepare chicken casserole with mushrooms, bell pepper and onions. just saute garlic and chicken meat cubes in butter or olive oil with salt and parsley flakes til half cooked then add cubed carrots & potatoes, corn kernel, sweet peas, celery, cream of chicken mixed with evaporated milk. Simmer mixture until boiling and consistency adjusted with little chicken broth or water then put everything into a baking and add shredded mozzarella cheese and garnish with parmesan and garlic powder. bake til desired crunchiness of the vegetables then serve with toasted garlic bread. so yummy!

Lol- You listed more things that you don’t like than the things that you do like- Isn’t picking dinner items fun! I hate the same old thing all the time. My daughter loves Sloppy Joes—and tater tots- they are quick and yummy to kids. You can make homemade pizza—kids might like helping with this one- How about chicken on the grill- out your hubby to work- you don’t like mayo so salads are out of the question, you can make tossed salad with chicken in it- One of my favorites! Hope this helps!
