Brainiac is it real ? the brown note?

In the brainiac seson 2 a part of the show was dedicated for a sound that can make you poo yourself called the brown note ..you get the point.It a sound very low that can imitate the frequency of the colon and make you poo yourself.If someone saw the show and experience it can tell me if is real for me it worked but for you?
