If u had just 1 choice, which would u rather have?
A person who TALKS most the time (95-99%), but RARELY listens (1-5%)...OR
A person who LISTENS MOST the time, but RARELY TALKS???
Of course, IDEALLY, most of us would probably want a BALANCE! But, I wanna know who u'd choose in an EXTREME case!
So, which is MORE important 2 u, and WHY?
And, which 1 are U MORE of?
Do u want someone JUST LIKE U, or your OPPOSITE?

I feel u, stacyv81!
I'm usually the 1 doing most of the listening myself!
While I don't mind it, and I learn alot, it's still nice 2 be listened 2 sometimes!
Thanks 4 responding!

Your mom is very WISE, msjigga!
I agree.
I'm the 1 usually doing MOST of the listening with people, but it sure is nice 2 be listened 2!
But, the more I LISTEN, the more I LEARN!
Silence IS really "golden"!

The good thing about the guys who talk is that it's easy to learn and know whats in their heart and mind. But i would prefer someone who Listen more. I remind myself eveyday nothing I say this day will teach me anything. So am going to learn and this i'll do by litening. Hence a listener when he/she talks sats things that are more productive.

I would like to have someone that listens. And doesn't talk alot. I seem to have the personality where people are drawn to me so they can dump all their crap on me but seldom do they have the time to listen. It would be really special to have a listener!

U sound JUST LIKE ME, jillhill!
I've ALWAYS had an ENERGY about me, that draws "dumpers" as well!
I don't ALWAYS mind it, because I DO have counseling "blood" in me, so I ENJOY helping people understand things, but the "counselor" also NEEDS counseling sometimes 2!
I'm always doing my best 2 understand people, and THEIR point of view. But, it WOULD be nice 2 BE heard and BE UNDERSTOOD, 4 a change!
So, I feel u!
