fletching

ok, i have come to have a little moan about fletching lol.
i bought 5k yews the other day, and i had about 1.5k strings in my bank, i bought a further 2k flax and made that into strings (yes i know i am just under 500 strings short lol, i will collect some flax later :P).
so anyway, fletching is so very boring, more the stringing than anything, when i am cutting the logs into long bows i am fine, i can chat to others and not look like i am just idley standing there being ignorant!, but when i have to string the bows, i constantly have to click, which means i chat alot less (i want to get them done as fast as possible).
it would be so nice if jagex could introduce the "string x" option to stringing bows, i'm not suggesting making it faster than stringing manually, just easier so that i can still chat with people.
so many other skills have the "x" option, like making anything with crafting (only one exception there, and that is hard leather bodies), cooking (yes i remeber when there was no cook "x"), smithing ect ect...
i am tired of stringing now, and i am glad i only bought 5k to do, i feel so sorry for those who are desperate for the fletching cape, that they feel they need to spend all their game play stood cutting and stringing!!!

Stringing is easy for me (I play @ the library and have a fast computer), but for others it is very hard. I am 97 fletching ftw. :)
And yes, I do wish JagEx would come up with a "fletch-x!"

well Jaagex cant make everything all easy. then everything would be really easy to auto.

actually by having a sring "x" option for stringing bows it would probably cut the need for anyone to auto it, though to be honest i don't think i have seen auto stringers, but then again how would i tell?
people who use auto bots tend to use them to get around doing something they don't want to do... with string "x" all the "hard work" of stringing is taken out, meaning you can chat in game more easily, and do other stuff why the stringing is taking place, much the same as you get to do when cutting logs into bows.

it is veary boring i bought like 10k yews and 10k strings and nats but it got so boring after like 3k i sold it all

i had considered buying 10 yews as i had pleanty of money and could afford to do so, but i remembered how much i hated fletching when i did it regularly to get to 85, i have had 87 fletch for about 5 months or so, now it's at 88 and by the time i have finished all 5k i will have 89.
oh and my calculations above look wrong because i missed out that i had about 1k flax in the bank too, but by the time i submitted this topic, i had no way of changing it... grr mylot, get and edit button for us all lol.

lol i know how you feel i once fletched 1k of maple longs and it got really boring i mean its more boring then just watching paint dry i mean i cant stand it i wanted to pull my hair out lol and i tried only got about 5 pieces out of the 200 i grabbed anyways ya fletching is boring but you just got to stick with it thats all i ahve to say.
