What did you do when stalled in Traffic and you had to go?

I've often wondered... It happens so often! What to do?
There's a bad accident ahead, traffic is stalled, its been 3 hours and you have to go really bad! Cars all around, no trees, no places to hide, and its 2pm on a bright day. Your mother-in-law is in the back seat......O M G !
What would I do?...I'm embarrassed now, sitting here at my computer....
How did you solve this problem?

Wow that's a tough one. I can hold my bladder a little longer but if you can't, and it's been 3 hours, and you don't have any container or something in your car, well, get out of the car and do your thing right there...BUT...don't forget to cover your face ok. hahaha:)

ok good advise.......I was wondering if anyone had the courage to actually tell me what to do in that situation......
I guess your solution is the ONLY one that will ease my bladder, and thats what i wanted to know!

Oooh that's a tough one. For me, I would probably just hold it. I'm one of those people with an insanely strong bladder. Once I held for five hours! On the other hand, it's not healthy to hold. When you gotta go you gotta go!
Hmm...how about letting your mother-in-law take the wheel while you get out of the car and go? If you REALLY can't find the bathroom, there's always the woods--ewwww! flashbacks of 5th grade camp.

I fortunately do not need to worry about this, I can hold in for a VERY long time...
