I was just wondering if you knew what you wanted to do in life? Do you have a career in mind? Let me know.

I just came home from a career-building seminar, and while previously I thought I had my life mapped out, after the seminar I started thinking twice about whether or not I'm actually all set. I realized that I'm really not sure what I want in life yet, let alone what kind of career I want to pursue. Thankfully I was given some tools and some readings that hopefully will help me choose my path in life.

When I was 18 years old, I do not know how to answer this question when being asked. Right now, I am 24 years old, I had identified a goal which is to be a scientist. This dream was inspired by my grades during secondary school days. My grades were excellent for science subject.

Actually, I don't know what I want in life .
maybe happiness .
but I am not sure what is my goal in life and what's my goal in work.
I always work hard, but I am not sure why.
I think work hard is important to earn enough money for my life, and I have to pay lots of bills in my life, then my money is not enough.
so money is important for me, I think.

In the future, I want to study Archaeology and Oriental History and try to join excavations and researches that would contribute to us learning more about the past. I also plan to travel all around the world and visit historical sites and try to blend in with the locals for a month or so. Mingling with locals will be my priority when I visit tribes and clans that are not exposed to globalization.
Of course, my boyfriend and I are planning to get married when the right time comes, so that would be part of my plans for my life too. Although I definitely am not planning to become a housewife.
