How early do you decorate for Christmas?

We usually put up the tree about two weeks before.

I'm a Christmas fanatic and since this year I am anticipating it, Christmas decorating will start early! Its a tradition though to put the Christmas lights up the day after thanksgiving so that might be earlier then some people.
