Do you have a baby? If you have one, who take care of your baby? yourself or your mom or your mother in law, or someone else?

I am fortunate enough to have family around so my kids have always been taken care of by my family or my in-laws when I work. After this Friday, I will be a stay-at-home mom!!! So I will be taking care of my children :-)

I am 8 month pregnant now, and we plan to let my mother-in-law taking care of my baby after I give birth. We will not be staying together, as my mother-in-law is staying in my home town, and my husband and I are staying in another city for work, the journey is about 2 and a half hour drive. I can't be a full-time mother taking care of my baby, as I really like my job and also I got quite good pay from the job. I do not really trust others to take care of my baby, and also I don't want to let my baby grows up in nursery or with baby sitter. I prefer him to grow up in a family, with many kids playing together, as my mother-in-law is a baby sitter, so my baby will have kids playing with him always. Also, my parents-in-law will really take care of him. So, I think it's better for all of us to let my baby stays with my parents-in-law, although he has to stay far away from me, I can still go back to hometown every weekend. This is what I plan to do.

My mother in law. We have a 8th month daughter and both me and my wife is working, At first my wife is hesistant to leave the baby on her mother care (mother thing}. But she is now at ease with her mother way of taking good care of our baby. If it is really necessary, a relative specially the your mother or mother in law is the best person to take good care of your baby. any doubt?
