what do you think about online relationships

im just curious about this, i hear about it alot and actually know about 2 people at school that actual are involved with online relationships ... are they real ? are the people really legit? im not mocking or poking fun im just really wanting to understand it and what people think about it .... so let me know your thoughts and experiences

I really dont think its a good idea for someone to do this. I mean how do you know the person is being honest with you? They could be online dating 10 other people. And then they could be seeing someone where they live at.
