can liverpool win next EPL?

In my head no, in my heart no also as much as i wish. We just don't have the team setup that Man Utd and Chelsea have atm. I think in terms of a manager we have one who can match Sir Alex Ferguson and way surpasses Jose Moanio (mourinho) in the tactical department. We are missing a few class players and even if we do sign class players the team needs to gel and get used to each other. I know its a bit of a cliche but its true, you can't build a premiership winning team overnight. However i expect us to be alot closer in the run-in towards the end of the season, a 2nd place finish would be great and a confidence boost for the players to go into the next season with a real chance of bringing the Premiership back home.

Current liverpool dosen't seems to be consistent , somemore their team is gonna change rapidly .... obviously there will be a change of playing style .... So i think they need at least some time to adpat to one another .
