what kind of reason will let you leave a company and go to another one?

it is time for changing a job - year to year, it is time to change a job again. after Chinese New Year, peoples start to change their job . after get a bouns of years hard work, they want to change their job. the reason is so many, but at this time , peoples always want to change their job. you can see in this picture, many people start to look for new job ,even in the rainy day, there are still so many people in the market.

1. when you feel your ablity could not suit your work? 2. when you are tired of your work and want to have a good rest? 3. find you are not suit this industry and want to change your vocation or study more? 4. some other good company provide better salary,I want to live with better life . 5. tired of the rules of this company, it is so terrbile. 6. other what kind of reason will let your leave the company you work now? and what kind of reason will let you join a new company? it is seem a problem for me and I want to know your comments.

First the company policies Second salary third response for our work. Means we are doing hard work and doing good compare to all, but for this no recognisation means just leaving that company is the best solution in my opinion. Because without value for our work, there is no use for us to stay there in that company.
