Who is the best to be a 'Captain'?

Whom do u think will be the best one to leaf India and why?
I prefer Ganguly. But he should be kiked out if not performoing well. And also i feel Yuvaraj should be groomed to take that responsibility

What i feel is India should have a young captain
For the Job of captain they can give responsibility to Yuvaraj singh. Regarding Dravid/Ganguly they have already crossed 30 they should should not be made captain

We need to pick a captain with the 2011 World Cup in mind..........Ganguly was a good captain but going back to him is a step backward, as he himself feels that he has only a couple of years of cricket left in him.........Sachin, on the other hand, is more prone to injuries, as seen in the past few years........we can't have him as an regular captain........that leaves dravid as the most senior person to take up the job..........as one could see, he lacks innovation and aggression which is required of a captain.......
on the other hand, if u look out for a "experienced young player", u have only yuvraj singh, who is not a regular member in the test squad......moreover, he has "attitude" problems......his late night hangouts in discos has affected team morale in the past, not to forget his bashings in the page 3 parties.....sehwag doesnot fit the bill as he himself hardly plays responsibly.......
which leaves no other option than to select dravid as the captain, with the hope that he learns the lessons from the past.....and more importantly, it's time to groom either dhoni or dinesh karthik(acknowledged as "captain material" by former coach greg chappell) for post of captaincy by giving them the post of vice-captaincy now......
