Hi......read a lot of comments including yours and noted you like to chat...I do too. Now I want to wish you luck on quitting smoking. I am a non-smoker, never smoked and hope never to start. Now I may be able to help you and in more ways than one but it's all up to you. I mentionned in my other comments that I also work 9-5 but I finally found an opportunity that is exactly what I have been looking for and guess what, the flagship product that helped me with my painful daily migraines can also help you quite smoking. I mentionned to others that anyone serious and interested in working for themselves so they can have a more relaxed and healthy life can work with me. If a bunch of us all get together and do this, we can all be retiring quicker than we think and we can help others as well. The decision is yours. My email is rpelley5@yahoo.com. Don't be shy everyone....we can form a team and make it work fast.

Just take it one day at a time md.
Try to find out what triggers you wanting to have a smoke, and try to avoid those triggers.

I know how you feel. I am 25 and have smoked for about 10 years. My body is telling me to quit,my friends and family are telling me to quit, I said I'd quit on New Years. I know it's easier said than done. I've tried before and limiting your count a day helps out. Say you smoke 80 a day, cut down to 70. It's worth a shot right?
