How do you lubricate corner paper-cutting punchers?

Does anyone know how to lubricate those corner paper-cutting punchers? Mine keeps getting stuck every time I punch. I once read that you're supposed to get it loose by punching a lot into wax paper. Yea, that doesn't work. Any other ideas?
