Mylot Toolbar

How many of you are using Mylot Tool bar. I just downloaded it as I was really finding hard to find good discussion topics here. so thought it may help. I am usually vary of tool bars as I am not sure what kind of info is going out? Has anyone of you had any bad experiences with it?

Dude, try, just a thought, reading something or idk. That for me gets my head to generate all kinds of ideas. I guess I am a.d.d. though so that may be why. But yeah I just started 5 discussions in 5 minutes, all containing at least 100 words. Is that good or bad? For me thats good cause I dont get on that much and I used to spend a lot of time thinking about what I wanted to discuss or ask. Pretty much relax or something and ideas will come to mind I think.
