I am 26 too.though I have not married, but I can understand your condition.I think you are not the only one.because in our society, there are also many women who just take care of their children in home without a job.everyday they just stay at home and do not go out, thus they can not know outside world, let it alone makeing friends with others.you can try going out when you have time.

I'm not a mom but I stay at home all day. I do not have any friends in this country. I do a lot of writing, poems usually. Our husky keeps me rather busy during the days when my hubby is out working. You are not alone in having no friends. It seems to be quite common these days. More and more people are working from home now a days. I got used to not having any friends here. It used to bother me but no more. I have a few online friends and that helps.

Yes that's true, this problem not only for staying home mothers, but to those single without working and staying home too like me.Previously i wasn't working for a year due to some circumstances,so i stayed home for 1 year and i was really boring.Nothing to do,and i have no friends to talk.My previous friends all buzy with with their works,so i can't bother them. It's really making me fed up like life is too dull to be stayed at home..

My husband let me to stay at home and look after our daughter. He shoulders all the monthly expenses. I don't have a problem dealing with my husband but I want to have a break for once in my entire motherhood life.

Well what a coincidence. I am also 26 years old and I am also a stay at home mom. Actually I work as a web content writer but I also stay at home to watch over my baby. Yes, I have no friends. It saddens me but I think the real reason why I have no friends is because I don't have the same interests as most people. I'm sooooo lonely. Fortunately we have MyLot.Hehehe

No, you're not the only one. However, if you really want to make friends, maybe you could chat with your neighbors sometimes and make friends with them. If I were also a stay at home mom, I am sure I'd be like you since I am the silent type and often shy about socializing with others. That is actually one reason why I am keeping my job although I really want to stay at home and take care of my kids. I know I'd get lonely being a stay at home mom because then, I 'd lose contact with the world.

Ha ha its funy because you know I am also a stay at home mom but the the thing is I have a few friends and I dont even really go out or talk to them so its almost like I dont have any friends and its kind of hard for us to get together because they have no kids and thats kind of a conflict between us but I am at the point where now im trying to meet new people but being at home all the time makes that difficult.
