How do you get a picture on your icon?

thank you Howard, I really am enjoying myself here. I used to use MSN a lot but there were no monetary rewards like there are here so all the time I spent there lead to a lot of time where I could have been earning a few dollars for my time. I realise that I probably won't get rich here but there is SOOOO much information that you could get lost in here very easily.. :) The people seem to be very friendly and helpful as well.
