Someone told me, "as long as you keep smiling, good things will occur to you, someday." Do you really believe in it? what do you actually do when facing difficulties?

When facing difficulties, keeping a smile is so much better than keeping a frown face! ;) In my cases, if it is related to working difficulties, i will always consult the seniors here. I am lucky that there are a lot of kind colleagues in my working environemnt. If it is related to financial issue or other particular issue, I will check out with the expert. I am that kind of person who believe in subject matter expert. Of cos, it is important to have faith in ourself but We just can't be expert in too many field, asking expert is my key.

Thank you for your suggestion. Asking for some experts' advice is a good approach to solve problems.

In my case, it's too hard to smile, so I just keep silent. Then, I usually take a long shower. During the shower I just focus on getting myself cleaned. After that, I am more relaxed so I can approach my problem clearly.

That's true that it is hard to keep simling when in difficulty. It seems that you know well about what to do with the problems. I have learnt from you that when there is a problem, the first thing to do is to find an appropriate way to relax myself in order to keep my mind clear. Thank you very much.
