Mylot video contest

I was checking on my updated friends' list here in mylot to see who among them are still active until now. Just for info, you are the eighth or ninth in the list and among the nine of you, you're one of the four who are active to date. I thought of scanning the discussions you created to know if I could reply to some of them and share my views. Then I stumbled on this particular discussion and I felt that I just had to comment. Eventhough a couple of years has already passed since you created this discussion, I'd like to say that inasmuch as I wanted to participate in this mylot video contest then, I couldn't possibly do it because I must admit that I don't have a digital camera nor a cellular phone at present. Anyway, I guess you won't be as interested in my response now as you would have then, if you received my reply a lot sooner than today. I'm so sorry for that. And personally, I really don't know how to go about it. Regards, friend.

hi romesh i know you have camera in your cell you can use that if you realy want to participate in the mylot video contest. if now your question is what to shoot i can give you an idea you can shoot khichadi prepration and serving at your school under mid day meal . how about the idea? we will share $500-$500.best of luck

Actually, no. you can use your own webcam or borrow it from a friend and do something really creative! You can sing, you can even draw something on the wall of your room. I don't think my lot cares about how professional the video might look like. They just want to reach new users, and that's fine. They want you to promote mylot. I have another video contest in my website, http://www.serendipitybazaar.com. It will be soon featured in Votigo.com. Basically, in my contest all you have to do is do anything creative, and at the end you need to add: "Brought to you by: SerendipityBazaar.com". You can add this subtitles to your webcam clip by importing the video file to your Windows Movie Maker. That's it! Good look to mylot video contestants.
