Grilled Otak-otak in Banana Leaf

I love this food because of the ingredients blend. Just wanna share it with you all out there the recipe.
Ingredients
300 gm boneless Spanish Mackerel
200 gm prawn without shell
1 egg
150 ml coconut milk
Group A
1 pcs turmeric leaf - shredded
2 pcs kaffiri leaves - shredded
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander seed - smashed in mortar
Some banana leaves for wrapping
Group B (Grind ingredients)
16 pcs dried Red chilies - cut and soaked in hot water until soft
3 pcs shallots
2 pcs garlic
1 inch turmeric root
1 inch ginger root
1 inch galangal root
3 pcs candlenuts
Preparation
Process the fish and prawn in the blender. Stir with wooden spoon until become elastic.
Add the egg and coconut milk, mix well. Add in the group A and group B ingredients and mix well. Leave the batter for 20 minutes
Take the after using the spoon and wrap them with the banana leaf which have been cut in 5 inch width. Pin both edge sides with staple.
Grill the otak-otak on the charcoal grill for about 5-6 minutes. Change the position of the otak-otak so they will cook well.
Put the otak-otak abit away from the grill to avoid them from burning.
