Which side you prefer when you play chess?

I like to play black. Its on defense and is actually at a handicap. Normally, I really don't care what side I play. Me and a friend solved the dilemma about who plays what first. We did that by playing two games at once...each plays a color. To make it more interesting, we'd time each move to 1 min for making two moves. The sessions would become really intense....

i prefer the black side. i can think of a better move when i see how the white side move first. there are times that my strategy is dependent on white's first move. i don't play that well so i have to have an idea on what to do next.

If you prefer the white side then I prefer the black. Because my moves will depend on the white moves. I like playing defense then attacks when the white least expects it.
