Is there any unclaimed Land left on Earth????

Since days beyond, Countries have always claimed Land, Faught for it ... Shed Bloody Blood for it ... So ... Is there still any Land unclaimed by any other country???
Do you know how to Claim a land as an Independant Country of your own??
No, I'm not thinking of doing any such thing, just asking,...;-PS. I didnt find any interest in which this "weird" question fitted,so....

I don't think so except if one can clear some on two poles, i.e. North Pole and South Pole. Even there only sovereign nations have the resources and the power to establish a base and control a piece of land, if we call it so.
Poles are covered with snow. So it is essentially snow that one controls. With increased global warming, it may happen that at some future point of time all the snow melts away and then there will be left a huge mass of land. So this is the time to select an unclaimed piece of it.
Then there is unlimited space left on other planets. That needs a little bit of work. Who know that in future, there could be new worlds to conquer and to live.
