To put it simply, no. Jesus said in the Bible that no one comes to the Father but by me.
If you don't receive Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you won't get to go to heaven. Someone has to pay for your sins. Sin cannot exist in heaven. Jesus has already paid the price for you and this is a free gift of God. So anyone can have the opportunity to receive Jesus and live for eternity in heaven.

I'm positive he will be accepted by God.Even if people say that it's not true, The hell with them.
IGod is love and if you did good things in love with love God will accept him.

It is a very good question to which I haven't a response.
Religion is a too personal arguments and all I can say is that every religion teaches how to be or became a good person, to love each other etc so If a person is good enough by nature it is a good start.
