Who sang this song better Kevin Cronin or Mike Murphy? Kevin is the more popular lead singer for reo. But i think that Mike has good songs that kevin cannot sing. what do you think

If you ask me, everything from High Infidelity on was pretty much a waste. They were great... but...

Come on Keep On Lovin You and Take it on the Run are from that album and they are both great songs

They were the high points of High Infidelity, and I'll admit that when the album first came out I did like it... but it didn't wear well. REO hit their hey day with the You Get What You Play For live album and, while they've had some decent stuff, they never really had it again. That's cool though, most people will never record an anthem, much less 4 or 5.

Mike Murphy was and is by far the better vocalist. Kevin Cronin is the better showman. I was lucky enough to see REO with both front men. The band as a whole was a better ROCK band with Murphy. After Cronin came back in my opinion they were crap. With the exception of "You Get What You Play For". After that they did mostly power ballads. The real force behind REO was Gary Richrath. As his role in the band declined so did the band as a whole.
