It is so difficult to lose weight

I have started on a diet and exercise regime to lose some unwanted weight. Ive been working hard this week and realize now that it is a difficult task to lose weight. We just dont really realize how easily we put it on but it is hard to lose it. I need any tips anyone can give me. Please help:)

I feel it is about having right mindset. If you develop active healthy lifestyle, eat the well balanced diet, avoid junk food and soft drinks, drink lots of water, play outdoor sports like tennis, dance and do aerobics, go fo long walks, do houise ghold chors like sweeping the floor. And have a postive attitude and you goal is to be healthy then you will be abler to lose weight but don't put too much pressure on youself thinking of losing weight then it becomes a burden and you will lose interest in it.

I totally agree with you. Its just sometimes you cant help but feel pressurized. We all want results fast. But Ill try to inculcate a routine to help me do this.

erk..is it really difficult to lose weight? i wouldn't know about this coz i don't want to lose any weight hehehe...ironic isn't it..some ppl wanna lost weight and be thin and all, but i'm a small petite sized girl and i hate it! i wanna get fat! i really hate other ppl commenting on my body size...but i can't seem to get fat no matter how much i eat and it's really depressing and lowers down my self esteem at times. i think i have a high metabolism rate or something..sheesh..hate it...wish i was fat :P

yes, it's difficult to loose weight, but it's easy to become fat..hehehe if loosing weight you need to eat less, have a daily exercise and i hate it because i'm lazy when it comes to exercise, but i'm not fat, i'm slim even i do have a child, i still mentain my weight because i don't want to be fat it's because it's difficult to choose clothes when your fat, and i hate it..for you, i think you need to lessen your intake of food but of course, eat at the right time, then you can do your house chores as your daily exercise, then don't drink too much cold water and soda, then avoid too much carbohydrates..i hope it can help you..

hi dear i am also a little overweigt about 10-12 kgs After trying so much things i am aslo feeling now that losing weight is the hardest thing in this world to do. my basic problem is that i don't keep consistent on doing the tasks let it be yoga, eating habbits or daily excersie is concern i can't do alone I can only do if there is some one to company me but now a days no one has time for others. i am too frustated about losing my excess weight .

Hi there!
Much as I want to give you a tip, I can't. Fortunately, I am a slim person. And I don't gain weight easily. For me, it's the other way around really. I want to gain weight but no matter how great the food amount intake I do, my weight just remains the same. It's still 100 lbs. My target is 110 or at least 105 lbs. I am only 5'3" and 100 lbs is too low for me that I belong to the underweight category. Hehehe.
I just find it so funny being surrounded with people desperate to lose weight while here I am trying to gain the pounds others would be so happy to lose. Oh, life is just really full of contradictions.
Anyway, maybe I could give you advice though. Maybe a daily exercise will help you. :)

There lots of techniques to put onw eight too. You ca do under a dietician. One of my cousins was underweight too and he put on 5 kgs following a diet plan.

dont eat fats, and sugar too much.And make exercise everyday.Eat fruits and vegetables each day.The best to easily lose weight is that to eat carrots.

I feel for you. I am also going through the same challenge. I am playing badminton during weekends and limit my food intake. =) Hope we get additional tips to try. =)
