i think there are different versions of girlfriend in diff languages.. my friend just told me that.. but i haven't heard it yet..
hmmm.. boyfriend?.. I would be pleased to sing it as a duet of Avril... but I think it'll never gonna happen.. (coz im just 16, hehe)..
Avril's style is so unique that if someone revives her song or do a new version of it.. he or she will just totally ruin the impeccability of the song..

I'm 16 too, I quite agree that Avril's style is so unique. But I'll hope to have its counterpart though. Since it is a nice song to sing along.
It's good that Girlfriend has been translated to other languages too.
