Some people I realize now is not too friendly.. Even If I met my fellow worker at work. People don't say hello and dont smile. What is wrong by being friendly. I think I am a friendly person.. I make friend quickly.. what about you?

I try to be friendly most of the time, but I have bad days where I am a bit of a meany. When someone new starts at the job I try to be the one who makes them feel at home and comfortable since I know how it is to be the new person on the block. I believe in the golden rule "do unto others what you would want done unto you" or something like that anyways.
