Hi,JesseTheCat here, Greets to all you Red Hot Chilli Peppers Lovers... 8 years ago I spent hours watching mindless television and waiting for the broadcast of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers performance at Woodstock 99. When it eventually came around it was truly worth the wait! I don't suppose there's any chance that there is someone out there who knows if they will EVER come to South Africa?? The first time I ever saw the Peppers was early one morning,half way through two purple microdots and laughing at shadows & pawing through a stack of old music videos from a defunct nightclub _ I found a sound I'll never get enough of!After the events of the night unwound i vaugely remembered what I'd enjoyed - rushed out - got it - played it & Hey Wow! I've loved rock for as long as I can remember and something about the Peppers hooked me deep.Jimi Hendrix told a story about an electric sky church to worship and heal- that's the feeling I get as this incredible sound energizes my soul. Since then I wish I could be there when the groove goes down live! Any fans out there who've been to a live gig give me a reply to let me know what's up. My cup is empty and I need some brothers to fill it! ps..I no longer condone or take drugs of any sort.It was just a short period of my life when I did. I now prefer the sober and normal route..
