I say that at the most 12 hours in india are abroud with a good salary and benifits we can work. I feel that it is not all the guys and girls. But for week persons it may be about 8-10 hours is preferrable. So that there body condition is also maintained and don't have and effort on the body. Accross the world in dubai they are working for about 12 hour and they are paying more compared to other contries. Thats wat i feel.

i think that normally, a person should work for 8 hours and if he exceeded beyond that time he should be granted an additional payment. the terms of payment depends on the contract and also the law of the country.

different countries, have different wage system. regular working hours is 40 for our country, you are of course given at least 2 regular day offs and when you come to work on these day offs, you are expected to receive overtime pay in excess of your regular paid hours. wage system in our country is a bit low, if it wasnt other outsourcing companies would not have chosen to put up their centers in here.

A person should work normally for 8 hours. In case of requirement, he or she can work for the maximum of 12 hours. Some people work for 12 hours daily. It affects the body and cause various problems. Taking it into consideration only, the government of all the countries have framed various labor laws to protect the workers.

If you are a government employee the working hours are fixed. But if you work for a private company the working hours differ from person to person. The more you work the more you earn, and if you don't work to the expectation you will be fired the next day. So it doesn't matter whether you are weak or strong to take the work load, the working hours are decided by the bosses. Even if the period is between 8-10 hours most of the entrepreneurs works far more than that to reach the goal set by the company.
