I would not reccommend paying the $36 for the premium membership. You'll get more credits, but it's not worth because who is going to buy worthless credits? Dequba credits represent Ougo Browser traffic which is not worth anything!

I can't really help you about DeQuba, I've never really tried it. But be careful, because there are lots of people claiming it's a scam.
And well, it sounds too good to be true. I don't think they couldn't make so much money to pay their members as much as they say.
But well, it's only a guess.

i'd believe the people who are telling you it's a scam - obviously they have experience with it, and even she upgraded to get the most possible benefit. and she has not made any money. if there are people with a bad experience, than you can't be 100% sure your money is safe. if you can't be 100% sure your money is safe, then i wouldn't do it. there are lots of other good sites. also, this guy has a really good scam review - you can ask him to review any website if he hasn't reviewed already www.affiliatescamguide.com
Good luck!
