Do you already have a website or an idea how you're going to make money from the site. I ask because some time ago I came across a site(commapny) that helps you build a site from the ground up and also does the hosting. I've researched this site and I've come across only good things about it. I haven't "purchased" a site yet as I'm trying to earn the money to pay for it.
