your tips for writing an article?

I tend to do my outline while I am researching. And on this subject, you are definitely going to need to do research (sorry, I have never researched this topic). I try to come up with a point or two for each page that I need to write. My introduction is basically a statement of what I am going to talk about; my conclusion tends to be recapping the article.
