How do I change my Avatar in here?

Sorry didn't know where to post this question. I would like to change my Avatar, how do I go about it please?

Go into your ..edit your preferences... and just upload a photo from your files, good luck and fun heeps of fun with your profile updating, I found once you get in there its hard to stop.

I just joined a few days ago, and I'm still learning my way around here too. Thanks for the info on changing the avatar. Does anyone know if there is a limit of times you can post on my lot during a 24 hour period of time? Just wondering, maybe someone has the answer.

I actually just wanted to thank you for asking this question. I was wondering how to do it myself. Was really easy after the answer was given.
