Is it to easy to get a credit card?

I get credit card offers every day in the mail..its just like an email box full of spam. This is so annoying to me! They dont even know if I work or what my financial situation is like yet they send me offers saying im preapproved. I think anymore, its to easy to get credit cards and then they wonder why they never get paid back..there should be a law against that!

Those preapproved offers are inviting you to apply for the card but they first have to do a credit check and if you have no credit or bad credit they turn you down. They do send a lot of these offers out in the mail. They get peoples names from many companies and send them out to everyone.

I can understand sending one or two but geez, I get the same offer everyday! Also, I have applied for a credit card before with no job and got it..thats not right!

This is the reason I went and bought a shredder because I hate throwing out anything that has any of my info on it. There are too many people that are "dumpster divers" and go through the trash to rob your information. Your right they do send out way too many. Good post. (+)
