Where does most ideas comes from?

For an average person, mostly ideas comes from the Comfort Room. I dont know.. I cant explain why. When I was in my highschool and college years, i mostly study early in the morning but my mind works faster when im in Cr. Any logical explanation why? Help me Out Here Peeps
