Borat - ridiculously funny

My sister and I was bored one night and decided to watch some DVD’s at home that we still were not able to watch. By some quirk, she decided to check out Borat. We find the movie intro interesting and from there it escalated into ridiculously, offensively and grossly funny. We laughed all the way watching Borat and until now we still can’t get over some of the things that were said and shown there. I saw a lot of comedy and funny movies and even those with some very strange of humor but I just think that nothing would really beat Borat in being ridiculous and gross. Everything in the movie is outrageously ridiculous. Now I can really see why it was such a controversial movie.
Have any of you seen Borat? What do you think of the movie? Do you think that Borat’s country is as what is being portrayed in the movie? I may come from a third world country but it made me pretty sure glad that I am not from Borat’s country.

A friend lend us his Borat DVD. We haven't watch it yet for some reason, but now reading your comments about it makes me wanna watch it. I hope we like it like you do :) Thanks for reminding us about it too, now we have reason to return it..lol!

I watched it right when it came out on DVD. It's not my kind of movie, but there were parts that I found pretty funny or at least entertaining. I also thought some of the outtakes and extras were funny, too. I had to watch this movie because I could tell it would be something that would become ingrained in our popular culture history.

I just got DVD lastweek and finished it 2 days ago, I was laugh many times for this movie, so much dirty but joke !
there is also some deep serious joke,
It's first time for his film, I think he is great of this kind, but some joke may hurt somebody near him :)

Haven't watched that. It's the first time that I even heard of it. Hehe. What is it by the way? Is it an English movie? Or Filipino?
Anyways, I'll go check it out and watch it. I'll get back to this post once I'm done. Haha.

I agree i Loved this film so much i actually bought it. iTs amazing. Have you watched the deleted scenes? 'cos some of them are really funny. Theres one when he's asking about buying a dog and asking about how to cook it and stuff i was peeing myself. Also there another deleted scene when they make fun of baywatch, that was really funny aswell.
