It's very very hard to get up early in this season, do you?

With the arrival of summer, the temperature rises and days get hot. Every morning when i wake up, i feel very tired and find it very very hard to get up. This has been going on for several days. How do you guys feel in such a situation under the weather?

Yeah I feel this way too. It's actually very easy to wake up (or rather, be woken up) because it's so damn hot. It's hard to get up off the bed because you feel so low on energy, but sooner or later you'd have to get up and go somewhere cooler (if any).

It seems that our situations are the same. But how do you deal with it? or just let it be and get up late every morning?

I guess it's hard for me to answer this question, because it's always hard for me to get up in the morning. No matter when I go to sleep, I just can't get up early! I guess I sleep a lot later in the summer because school is out! Hot temperatures might make me sleep some more, I guess.

Does this happen to you every summer? If not I think you should see a doctor. I can totally understand not wanting to get out of bed in the dark dreary winter but not the summer! I suppose though like you said it is already hot in the morning so possible the heat takes everything out of you! Start the morning with ice water and see if that helps!

I dont remenber clearly weather this happens every summer, but it did last summer. I am a graduate student and havnt have exercise for a long time, for there's always a lot of things waiting to do. Thank you for your advice. I will try it.

When do you go to bed in the night? 12 o'clock or even later? I'm not like you, I also want to sleep at night.
