I'm Cable and my speed is 27.6 Mbps (download) and my Upload Speed it 1.08 Mbps....
I would lost without the speed I get it just flys and they are working on even going faster soon.....
Mbps is:= 1000000 bits/second compared ot Kbps:= 1000 bits/second.

i have dial up. So i only have a 56k modem. And i cant get high speed up here where i live. I hate it! I want high speed so bad.

Actually, I'll bet you can. It's called satellite, but it's expensive. WildBlue is $80 per month for their slowest speed (512 kbps, I think). I don't know if that includes the dish or how that works.
I have a friend in Patterson who has DirectWav. It's $100 per month for the first eighteen months (to pay for the $600 dish), then it goes down to $60.
I don't know what your budget is, but chances are you can get broadband if you really want it. Salute!

I am using internet connection is broadband smartbro its only 999 Philippines money.The speed is 100.0 mbps

Depends on whom I ask. There are two tests on auditmypc.com, and they say completely different things. The older one is the one I trust, and it says I have 4598 kbps download speed, 2108 upload speed. The newer one says I have 1362 download, 1264 upload.
