Do you have any tips or ideas to get rid off stretch mark? I got this from my previous pregnancy and really wish to get rid off those.

Cocoa butter and Vitamin E are good for preventing and fading them. Anything for treating scars works well with stretch marks. I've been using ScarZone, and they are not gone, but they are definatley fading better than with just cocoa butter...so its worth a shot.

Emu oil & rose hip oil are supposed to reduce the look but unfortunately, unless you have LOADS of money to spend on laser treatments, there's nothing that will actually make the marks go away. They recommend you use a lot of things before & during pregnancy to stop the marks but since they're already there, i think laser treatments are the only sure-fire way to get rid of them 100%.

Hi Gemmygirl, thank you for the ideas. Cannot afford for the laser treatments, so i'd better use the oil ;)

Vitamin E and cocoa butter treatments can make your skin feel soft and supple, but they won't make your skin mark-free. You'll need to talk to a doctor or dermatologist if you want to seriously reduce the lines. Prescription creams containing Tretinoin, also called Retin-A, may help reduce the appearance of fresh stretch marks. A French treatment called Endermologie claims to reduce scarring. A machine with rollers and gentle suction is used to massage and exfoliate the affected area. Again, this won't remove stretch marks, but it may enhance the overall appearance of the skin. Laser surgery is sometimes used to lessen the severity of stretch marks, but the results are mixed! And as far as i know maybe you can try to drink lots of water and do maximun exercise!!! Maybe that can help...
