New Online Game- Advertising?

I've been playing a new online game, kinda similar to the old Kings of Chaos but with a mobster feel. It is a REALLY new system/site and I was interested in helping its owner gain more players. Any ideas where good places to advertise it where gamers go and it costs little to advertise?
