Recent studies show that heart disease and depression are often found hand in hand, therefore controlling one may help control the other. What are the signs ang symptoms that somewthing may be wrong?

Right and i am one of the victim. I am 31 years and i have got heart attack last november 2006.
I used to smoke a lot and also more cholestrol were the reasons given by doctor. Now I got operated and I quit smoking. But the depression is killing me more due to work pressue and recently I have one more responsibility thats my cute little son a one month old kid. Debt one side , I think these are the factors for depression... its too hard to handle life like this....but thats life i am taking it....Cannot leave things behind but at the same time having depression and running life is too difficult.
